The BTP Office Assistant position is paid hourly and will require 3-5 hours weekly at the Brooke Tyson Photography studio in Columbia, MD. Times are very flexible. A private office and iMac are provided for the Office Assistant to use.
Job responsibilities:
- Answer emails
- Answer comments on social media and blog posts
- Send newsletters
- Submit weddings to blogs and venues
- Share content to social media
- Package and mail items
- Other tasks as necessary
Our ideal office assistant is:
- Someone knowledgeable about social media and familiar with image uploading processes
- Someone with a good work ethic who can identify and follow through with tasks on their own
- Someone who works well and efficiently during limited hours
- Someone who is positive and excited about representing the Brooke Tyson Photography brand
- Someone who loves animals; the BTP cats and dogs are very friendly!
- Someone who is reliable and has their own form of transportation
