Yoga in the Mountains

I am so behind on blogging lately. My wedding is coming up (in two months!!) and I have been so focused on wedding prep that I haven’t sat down to blog – and I have lots to share! We just returned from a short trip to North Carolina (Waynesville, to be exact, which is about 45 minutes outside of beautiful Asheville). It was nice to get away and see the mountains and family.
