It was such a joy to have the opportunity to photograph Valerie and Richie this week!! These two are having their first baby in just a few weeks, and they are both so excited for sweet Addison’s arrival! I’ve known Valerie for about a year and a half; we are both photographers, and have shot together many times. As a photographer, I much prefer being behind the camera instead of in front of it – and although Valerie says the same thing, she truly never takes a bad picture! Seriously – just check out this blog post of bloopers for evidence! On top of that Richie was so enthusiastic about the portrait session; I really loved how he talked about how special these pictures will be to them a few years down the road when baby Addison is older. It is so wonderful to have portraits to look back on :)
